All sales are final. Because our releases are limited-edition and often signed or numbered, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, email us at shop@nopattern.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement (while supplies last) or a refund.
Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
